About my polymer clay pieces
All polymer clay items are handmade and may have slight imperfections. I aim to give the best representation of the item through image, although colours may differ slightly in person. All sizes are available on the product description.
Every order is packed with love and care, as I believe that the packaging is just as important as the item itself. I have worked really hard in making your order as perfect as can be and personalised to you. All the packaging is recyclable and you get a little gift with every order! 
UK Orders
I aim to post your order 2/3 business days after the order is placed. There are various shipping methods to chose from on the website. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. Please note that if you select the standard option, tracking is not provided. I will hold proof of postage for 3 months after posting. On the very rare occasion a parcel is lost by Royal Mail a store credit is given, however please allow 10 working days before emailing. Please note in these very uncertain times, parcels are taking a little bit longer than usual.

International Orders
For international orders there are two options. The first option - International Standard - this is the cheapest option. You will not receive any tracking number. The second is - International Tracked and Signed, which is the most reliable. Parcels are tracked as soon as they leave the courier and a signature is needed upon delivery. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your parcel to arrive. If your order still hasn't arrived by 8 weeks, please send me an email and we can issue a store credit.

All made to order items will state 'MADE TO ORDER' at the beginning of the product title. Processing time is up to 12 working days. An email will be sent when the order has been shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges
For hygienic reasons we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Blur and Bake earrings are made with high quality materials and the upmost care. It is very unlikely that there will be an issue with your product, however if this happens please drop me an email straight away.
