Welcome to Blur and Bake! Every piece is handcrafted with love, colour, and a dash of joyful chaos. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

🎨 Handmade with Heart

• Each item is lovingly handmade, which means slight imperfections may occur—it’s part of the charm! I always aim to make your piece as close to the product image as possible.

⏳Order Processing

• All pieces are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business working days after payment has been received.
• Once processed, your order will be shipped promptly, and you will receive confirmation when it is on its way.

Pre-Orders

• If an item sells out and there is enough demand, a pre-order option may be offered.
• Pre-order items are handmade after purchase and will require a longer processing time.
• Processing time for pre-orders is 10 business working days before shipping.
• Pre-order listings will be clearly marked with “PRE-ORDER” at the beginning of the product title and description so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

📦 Shipping Info

• Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you’d prefer tracked delivery, please select a tracked option at checkout.
• In the rare event that a parcel is lost, I offer store credit—but only after 6 weeks have passed since the shipping date.

We’re thrilled to now offer shipping to the United States! All Blur and Bake goodies can be delivered straight to your doorstep.

Please note:

• A 10% customs fee will be added to your order total at checkout. This helps cover US import tariffs and ensures smooth delivery.
• Orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

I do accept returns and exchanges on necklaces and charms, provided you contact me within 3 weeks of the shipping date. Items must be unused and in original condition.
