Welcome to Blur and Bake! Every piece is handcrafted with love, colour, and a dash of joyful chaos. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

🎨 Handmade with Heart

• Each item is lovingly handmade, which means slight imperfections may occur—it’s part of the charm! I always aim to make your piece as close to the product image as possible.
• Unless marked LIMITED EDITION in the product title, all items are made to order.

⏳ Production Time

• Made-to-order pieces can take up to 10 working days to create, though I always aim to ship sooner whenever possible.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

📦 Shipping Info

• Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you’d prefer tracked delivery, please select a tracked option at checkout.
• In the rare event that a parcel is lost, I offer store credit—but only after 6 weeks have passed since the shipping date.

🇺🇸 USA Orders

• Due to new tariffs introduced on 29th August, I’ve had to temporarily suspend orders to the USA. I hope to resume shipping soon—thank you for understanding!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
• I do accept returns and exchanges on necklaces and charms, provided you contact me within 3 weeks of the shipping date. Items must be unused and in original condition.
